On September 23rd, TSINGSHAN Management Forum, themed as “Talent,Development,Future,” was held in the multi-functional hall of TSINGSHAN’s headquarters building of Wenzhou. The Chairman XIANG Guangda stressed at the beginning of the, “The future development opportunities and space of TSINGSHAN is broad, which requires a large number of excellent employees and junior managers to step on a higher platform to make greater contributions to the development. It is hoped that a group of thoughtful and capable talents can be discovered through this forum.”
Nearly 300 employees participated in this management forum through self-recommendation or recommendation. It was highly valued by the groups and subsidiaries. 109 employees participated in the final speech through selection and rehearsal. On basis of their own posts, the employees put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on business management or expounded their own views on self-management and self-improvement. The contents of their speeches involved case analysis, management experience, information technology, talent training, etc., covering most areas of company management.
Chairman XIANG stressed at the beginning of the forum on September 24th, “TSINGSHAN enterprises welcome a faster development in the next five years and cause a shortage of talents, which will be the greatest problem for the development of the company. Therefore, it is important to discover and cultivate talents who understand TSINGSHAN culture. It is hoped that this forum could deliver TSINGSHAN’s culture of valuing talents, and disseminate to the employees in all factories.”
At 17:00 on September 24th, the 109 employee finished the speeches which led this two-day forum to an end. XIANG and the leaders of TSINGSHAN shared their feelings and experiences during these two days. XIANG said, “Through these two days of listening and communication, I saw the version of the 20-year-old self, myself of more than 20 but also saw the future of TSINGSHAN. The development and growth of TSINGSHAN depends on everyone’s efforts. Together, we will realize the dream of TSINGSHAN and contribute to the Chinese Dream.”
In the speeches during the forum, many employees mentioned, “I firmly believe that in TSINGSHAN, you can build your dreams with your abilities.”
After the forum, XIANG and the leaders of TSINGSHAN enterprises dinned with the 109 participants and further understood and listened to the voice of employees.
